Experience required : 1-3 years
Create, edit, proofread, and format company documents in PDF /Word formats
Ensure documents are grammatically correct, well-structured, and aligned with company tone and branding.
Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Maintain version control and proper documentation records.
Coordinate with all departments for document inputs and approvals.
Convert rough drafts, handwritten notes, or verbal inputs into professional documents.
Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive company information.
Update existing documents as per policy changes or management instructions.
Maintain document templates and standard formats.
Assist in preparing notices, circulars, warnings, memos, and official communications.
