POSITION DETAILS
JOB PURPOSE
Documents are maintained systematically at the site and all site correspondences are maintained as and when required.
Clients should be provided with all the documents on time as requested. Controlling overall documentations with labeling and coding's in coordination with client.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect, scan and upload documents following set procedures.
Ensure all technical documents, such as reports, drawings and blueprints, are collected and registered in system.
Use SmartSolve Document Management for everyday operations, maintenance and quality control.
Notify personnel of updated document versions and how to access them.
Print and distribute documents as necessary.
Work with documents and records across various departments, including human resources, marketing and construction.

QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
5 to 10 years with any graduation
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
BE Civil from recognized university or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Post-Graduation or Project Management will be an added advantage.
Age Criteria
25 to 35 years
PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in MS Office is must
REQUIRED SKILLS
Good written & Spoken English Communication, construction industry knowledge is must
