Coordinate with architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and legal teams to gather necessary inputs for tender documentation.
Ensure all tender documents (technical, commercial, legal) are complete, aligned, and submitted within deadlines.
Track tender requirements and amendments; ensure compliance with client specifications and government regulations.
Maintain version control and documentation standards throughout the tender process.
Support bid clarifications, queries, and follow-ups with clients or consultants.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
3+ years experience in tender documentation or project coordination in the construction industry.
Strong organizational, communication, and document management skills.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and document control software.
