A desired candidate with min. 5-10 years of experience in the Construction field, Projects only.r r

• Monitor processes to ensure the project teams comply with all requirementsr
• Control information flows internally and externally in accordance with the document management requirements with Quality Assurance and project document management procedures.r
• Monitor progress and performance and report to the relevant Project Manager.r
• Checking the quality of documents to ensure compliance with project procedures and processesr
• Managing day to day administration of the document management system.r
• Ensuring the efficient delivery of project requirements.r
• Basic understanding of construction projects and documentation systemr
• Responsible for project folder set up, folder maintenance process, formulating registers and the point of contact for document, drawing number allocation.r
• Liaising with and distribute project related information with the project team and potentially external parties.r
• Provide support to Project Manager during Audit as required.r
• Performing a comprehensive quality check on each document and associated documents, following the programme defined documents protocols.r
• Performing periodic quality checks to the system registers.r
• Producing quantitative, status and analysis reports.r
• Adhere to the company s document lifecycle procedures, processes and as required by the Project Manager.r
• Communicates changes to document control procedures or other relevant information which have been updated or added to the project team in discussion with Project Manager / Design managerr
• Train employees about the project documentation system on how to use and access the documentsr
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documentation.r

Education: CA (Chartered Accountant), CS (Company Secretary), ICWA, M.Arch. (Architecture), M.Com. (Commerce), M.Ed. (Education), M.Pharm. (Pharmacy), M.Phil. (Philosophy), M.Sc. (Science), MA (Arts), MBA/ PGDM, MCA/ PGDCA, MD/ MS (Medicine), ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences), Master of Dental Surgery (MDS), ML/ LLM (Law)r r r r r r r Any Graduate
