We are looking for a Document Controller to manage, verify, and track documents for Portuguese nationality applications. This role requires strong attention to detail, digital document management skills, and frequent travel across Goa for document collection.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify birth, marriage, and identity documents for accuracy & compliance
Manage digital files in CRM, Dropbox, and internal systems
Maintain document tracking logs and update CRM regularly
Visit churches, panchayats, municipalities, archives, and notaries to apply for & collect documents
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and authorities
Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive documents
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
1+ year experience in documentation, operations, legal, or immigration services
Strong organizational and verification skills
Familiarity with CRM and digital filing tools
Must be comfortable travelling across Goa for field visits
Must have a two-wheeler/four-wheeler and valid driving licence
Languages: English & Konkani/Hindi (Portuguese is an advantage).
