Job Purpose:
To support Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and project teams by handling document editing, letter drafting, and complete project documentation with accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, edit, format, and finalize official letters, emails, notices, reports, and project correspondence
Prepare client letters, consultant communications, internal memos, and site-related documents
Edit and standardize documents as per company and client formats
Maintain proper documentation control for letters, approvals, and correspondence
Assist Senior Project Managers in report preparation, MOMs, presentations, and submissions
Maintain document registers, trackers, and filing systems (soft & hard copies)
Ensure accuracy, grammar, clarity, and professional language in all written communication
Coordinate with project teams for document inputs and timely submission
Support audit, billing, and handover documentation when required
Skills & Competencies (Mandatory):
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong drafting and document editing skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email drafting
Basic understanding of electrical project terminology and drawings
High attention to detail and formatting standards
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
2-3 years' experience in document control / documentation / project coordination
Background in electrical or infrastructure projects
Experience in drafting professional letters and project correspondence
Organized, responsible, and able to work under deadlines
Male candidate

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
