Document Transmittals and document tracking and expediting of document schedule BC end and client return under the lead of the PA's
Distribution of documents via client's document handling systems
Creating cover sheets for documents being transmitted to client (initial creation and updating in case of new document revision) in line with the project requirements
Preparation of final documentation i.e. Service Manuals, Technical & Quality dossiers for all completed projects within given time frame
Continuous improvement of document handling system and processes
Education/experience/languages:
Education & experience: Graduate with prior experience of 2-6 years
Should possess the quality of Organized, Planner.
Good IT-knowledge (PDF, Excel, Word, document transfer servers, internet-research, PowerPoint)
Experienced with tools (SAP R/3, Windows 365, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, MS Office 10)
Language:
English
Language skill in German would be added advantage
