J and A Hiring Document contoller who has experience in migration and study abroad consultancy

Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintain, organize, and update company documents, files, and records.

Ensure timely collection, review, and distribution of documents.

Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow and documentation processes.

Ensure proper documentation procedures aligned with company standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in Study Abroad and Migration Consultancy (mandatory).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools.

Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude.
