Establish and maintain document control processes.
Create and manage document index, distribution matrix, and revision tracking.
Perform quality checks on documents before issuance.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, PMO, Contractors, and Clients.
Process document submissions to clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Prepare project dossiers, handover documentation, and status reports.
Project Administration
Maintain project logs, staff mobilization/demobilization lists, and invoice records.
Track project expenses and support invoice checks.
Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and project reviews.
Assist in project management reporting and documentation.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of document management in EPC projects.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
Exposure to EDMS / dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Macros preferred).
Qualifications
Graduate with 6+ years of experience in document control & project admin in EPC environment.
