Job Description

The Document Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all company documents in a systematic and secure manner. The role ensures proper document flow, version control, and compliance with company standards and project requirements. The candidate will coordinate with different departments to ensure timely retrieval, submission, and archiving of documents.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and manage all document databases--electronic and hard copy. Ensure accurate filing, sorting, and labeling of documents as per company standards. Create and maintain document logs, tracking sheets, and registers. Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper formatting before circulation. Manage document version control and ensure that obsolete documents are removed. Distribute and circulate documents to relevant departments or stakeholders. Retrieve documents upon request and ensure timely submission of required documentation. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination abilities. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
