Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Develop, implement, and maintain document control procedures and systems.
Receive, review, and process project-related documents in line with company standards.
Maintain accurate records of all company documentation and ensure version control.
Distribute, track, and manage documents (technical drawings, contracts, manuals, reports, correspondence, etc.).
Ensure confidentiality and secure access to sensitive information.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to provide necessary documents.
Monitor deadlines for document submissions and approvals.
Perform regular audits to ensure document quality, accuracy, and compliance with organizational or industry standards.
Archive documents and manage retrieval requests efficiently.
Train employees on document management systems and procedures.

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
Proficiency in document management software (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex, EDMS, MS Office Suite).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of industry-specific document control standards (ISO, quality management, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
