Key Responsibilities
Assist users in collecting and submitting required documents through the app.
Verify that documents are complete, clear, and meet the specified guidelines.
Guide users step-by-step on how to upload files or capture photos of documents.
Follow up with users to ensure all necessary documents are submitted on time.
Maintain accurate records of collected documents within the app system.
Report missing, incorrect, or fraudulent documents to the supervisor.
Provide customer support related to document submission issues.
Ensure all sensitive information is handled securely and confidentially.
Requirements
Previous experience in document collection, customer service, or administrative roles (preferred but not required).
Basic understanding of using mobile apps and digital platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Organized and able to manage multiple user requests at once.
