Roles & Responsibilities :

Handle day-to-day clinical operations, including basic patient assessment and support to senior doctors

Manage non-clinical duties such as patient coordination, follow-ups, and maintaining service standards

Ensure accurate communication and empathetic interaction with patients and staff

Maintain clinic protocols, hygiene standards, and ethical practices

Assist with social media management, patient engagement activities, and digital presence of the clinic

Support the clinic team in creating a professional and growth-oriented environment
