Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone.
Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups.
Coordinate with diagnostic departments, labs, and other specialties as required.
Handle patient queries and complaints in a courteous manner.
Maintain the doctor's calendar including appointments, meetings, and rounds.
Prepare consultation summaries, referral letters, and medical certificates.
Organize and maintain patient files, reports, prescriptions, and case papers.
Handle correspondence (emails, letters, etc.) and manage incoming and outgoing communication.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of medical records.
Assist in data entry, transcription, and filing of patient information.
Prepare reports, maintain logs, and ensure confidentiality of all medical records.
Coordinate with nursing staff, administrative departments, and other stakeholders.
Ensure availability of required materials and supplies for the doctor's consultations.
Follow up on medical investigations and test results.
