1. Position: Dentist (BDS) - Clinic Management

Requirements:

BDS degree from a recognized university Strong leadership and organizational skills for managing day-to-day clinic operations. Excellent patient communication and team coordination abilities. Knowledge of NABH standards and dental software will be an added advantage.

Role Overview:

Oversee clinic workflow, appointments, and staff coordination. Ensure smooth patient management and satisfaction. Maintain hygiene, sterilization, and documentation protocols. Support clinical team in treatment planning and execution.

2. Position: Specialist Dentist (MDS - All Specializations)

Requirements:

MDS degree in any recognized specialization (Prosthodontics, Endodontics, Orthodontics, Periodontics, Pedodontics, Oral Surgery, etc.). Valid dental registration and clinical experience in respective specialty. Commitment to quality care, ethical practice, and patient satisfaction.

Role Overview:

Perform advanced dental treatments as per specialization. Collaborate in multi-disciplinary cases. Contribute to the clinic's NABH quality standards and excellence in patient care. Participation in clinical discussions and continuous learning encouraged.
