Key Duties & Responsibilities

Patient Care & Management

Rapid Assessment & Stabilization:

Quickly evaluate, diagnose, and stabilize critically ill or injured patients, initiating emergency treatment without delay.

Intensive Care:

Manage complex conditions like respiratory failure, shock, and organ dysfunction in the ICU setting.

Procedural Skills:

Perform procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, advanced life support, and ventilator management.

Treatment Planning:

Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans in consultation with consultants and specialists.

Monitoring:

Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed, including interpreting diagnostics.

Documentation & Communication

Accurate Records:

Maintain thorough, up-to-date patient records, notes, and investigation orders.

Family Communication:

Effectively communicate with patients' families about conditions, treatments, and prognoses.

Consultant Briefing:

Regularly brief ICU consultants on significant patient changes, admissions, and discharges

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
