The Doctor Acquisition Team Lead is responsible for leading and managing a team focused on onboarding doctors and healthcare providers to expand the company's network. This role requires strategic planning, strong relationship management, and achieving acquisition targets while ensuring high-quality engagement with medical professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of doctor acquisition executives.
Develop and execute strategies to acquire doctors and healthcare providers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and individual doctors.
Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure targets are met.
Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiate agreements with healthcare providers.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer success teams for effective campaigns.
Track acquisition metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management.
Represent the company at healthcare conferences and networking events.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in healthcare sales, doctor acquisition, or B2B sales; 1-2 years in team leadership.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition targets.
Knowledge of healthcare ecosystem, hospitals, clinics, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
