Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Medical Sales Representative Manager
to lead and support our team of medical sales representatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving healthcare product sales, developing sales strategies, mentoring sales reps, and ensuring strong client relationships within hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Development
Recruit, train, and manage a team of medical sales representatives.
Set clear team objectives and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Mentor and coach sales reps to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Monitor sales metrics and market trends to optimize sales efforts.
Create and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address client needs promptly.
Organize and attend meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Minimum 3 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and sales cycle.
