We are seeking an organized and technically skilled Lab Manager to oversee entertainment related lab operations at our Bangalore datacenter This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day functioning of the lab including Video Delivery Headend components and Set Top Box STB testing activities The Lab Manager will work closely with local infrastructure core network and access network teams DOCSIS and Fiber while maintaining strong alignment with counterparts in the Netherlands to guarantee consistent and reliable test environments and results

Key Responsibilities:

Lab Operations Management o Oversee day to day operations of the remote lab ensuring uptime and reliability o Configuration set up and maintenance pf local HE components and STB Test Racks o Implement best practice for lab usage change management and process improvement o Develop and maintain lab documentation and configurations Collaboration Alignment o Act as Primary contact for Entertainment related Lab activities o Collaborate with local core and access network teams to support connectivity and troubleshooting o Coordinate new installations and physical work with local Infrastructure team o Coordinate with Netherlands counterparts to ensure consistency in test setups and outcomes

Technical Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in engineering 5 Years of experience in Lab management or system integration Strong understanding of Video Delivery architectures STB Platforms Good understanding of IP Networking and Access Network technologies DOCSIS and Fiber Excellent organizational and communication skills
