Salary: As per present drawn Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth and expand Cognolabs' presence across Maharashtra and Delhi. The ideal candidate will be an MBA graduate from a Tier-A institution, with proven expertise in client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic business expansion. Note: Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in consulting or government sector business development.Key Responsibilities 1. Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in Maharashtra and Delhi. 2. Client Acquisition: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, institutions, and partners. 3. Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall profitability. 4. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business strategies aligned with Cognolabs' vision. 5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver client solutions. 6. Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. 7. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts. Candidate Profile1. Education: MBA from a Tier-A institution (IIMs, XLRI, ISB, FMS, etc.). 2. Experience: 2-4 years in business development, sales, or client relationship roles. 3. Consulting/Government Exposure: Prior experience in consulting firms or government sector BDM roles will be preferred. 4. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. 5.
