Job Description

Position: HubSpot ExpertExperience: 3-5 yearsKey Responsibilities: 1. HubSpot CRM Management:- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate, scalable data structures.- Implement property creation, association logic, workflows, and automation rules.- Maintain data hygiene through regular cleaning, deduplication, list management, and enrichment.2. Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution:- Build and manage email marketing campaigns, nurture workflows, and drip sequences.- Create segmentation logic to target specific personas and lifecycle stages.- Optimize email performance through A/B testing, personalization tokens, and automation triggers.- Build landing pages, CTAs, and forms in HubSpot while ensuring brand consistency.3. Sales Enablement:- Set up lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and conversion pipelines.- Develop automation for lead routing, notifications, task assignments, and deal management4. Reporting & Analytics:- Build custom dashboards and reports for marketing, sales, and leadership teams.- Track KPIs including MQL - SQL conversions, campaign attribution, lead velocity, and funnel performance.- Provide actionable insights to improve campaign ROI and operational workflows.5. Integrations & Technical Setup:- Manage integrations between HubSpot and third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Salesforce, Web apps, APIs).- Troubleshoot sync issues, API errors, and configuration problems.- Work closely with tech teams to support website + HubSpot tracking implementation (UTMs, cookies, pixels).6. Website & CMS Management:- Manage HubSpot CMS pages, templates, and modules.- Troubleshoot website issues related to forms, workflows, tracking, and HubSpot scripts.Required Skills & Experience:1. 3-5 years of proven hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub + CMS Hub).2. Deep understanding of CRM management, lifecycle automation, workflows, and data structuring.3. Ability to build high-quality landing pages, forms, CTAs, and lead capture mechanisms.4. Proficiency in reporting, dashboard creation, and HubSpot analytics.5. Knowledge of HubSpot Lists, Sequences, Lead Scoring, and Attribution.6. Experience with email marketing, segmentation, and automation logic.7. Experience integrating HubSpot with ads platforms, CRM tools, and custom APIs.8.
