Clinical Responsibilities (Apollo Sugar clinic, Seetha Circle)

Patient assessment and diagnosis

: Evaluates children's health through physical exams, medical history, and diagnostic tests to determine medical conditions.

Treatment and management

: Develops and implements individualized care plans to manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions.

Monitoring development and growth

: Tracks physical, cognitive, and emotional development to ensure children are meeting age-appropriate milestones.

Emergency response

: Provides prompt and effective care during pediatric emergencies or urgent situations.

Referrals and collaboration

: Coordinates with specialists and healthcare providers for comprehensive patient care when necessary.

Advising parents

: Offers guidance to parents on nutrition, behavior, illness prevention, and general child wellness.

Building trust

: Establishes a reliable and supportive relationship with patients and their families to promote better health outcomes.

Effective communication

: Clearly conveys medical information and listens actively to concerns from both children and caregivers.

Record keeping

: Maintains accurate and detailed patient records, including histories, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-ups.

Continuing education

: Keeps knowledge and skills current by participating in medical conference
