Job Description

: DMS & RTO Operations Executive

This role combines the crucial functions of managing a dealership's data management system (DMS) with the essential tasks of vehicle registration and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who ensures the accuracy of all sales data and the seamless, compliant registration of all vehicles.

DMS Management & Reporting



Data Oversight:

Oversee data entry and ensure the accuracy and integrity of all sales-related information in the DMS, including customer details, vehicle inventory, sales transactions, and financing information.

Process Enforcement:

Implement and enforce standardized data entry procedures and protocols for the sales team.

Reporting & Analysis:

Generate regular and ad-hoc sales reports to track performance, lead status, inventory, and other key metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

System Optimization:

Utilize the DMS to streamline the car sales process from lead management to deal closing. Identify and recommend improvements to DMS workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Technical Support:

Participate in the testing and deployment of DMS updates and enhancements and provide support to the sales team for effective system use.

RTO & Regulatory Compliance



Vehicle Registration:

Manage the end-to-end vehicle registration process for all new and used car sales, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Documentation Management:

Handle all RTO-related paperwork, including forms, challans, and tax payments. Liaise with customers to ensure all necessary documentation is collected and verified.

Regulatory Adherence:

Ensure full compliance with all dealership policies and procedures as well as state and central transport regulations regarding DMS usage and vehicle registration.

Problem Resolution:

Act as the primary point of contact for RTO-related queries or issues and work proactively to resolve them.

Data Governance:

Maintain the confidentiality of all customer information and participate in data cleansing and data quality initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills



Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

Proven experience (typically 1-2 years) working in a two wheeler dealership environment with a strong understanding of both DMS and vehicle registration processes.

Technical Aptitude:

Strong proficiency in using and generating reports from DMS software. Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales-related technologies is a plus.

Analytical Skills:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights to drive sales strategies.

Regulatory Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of car sales processes and specific transport regulations and RTO procedures.

Personal Attributes:

Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.

Communication:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively train and support users and liaise with regulatory bodies.

Work Style:

Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
