Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Distributor Management System (DMS) professional

with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing, supporting, and optimizing DMS platforms across distributor networks. The role will focus on ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate data management, system integrations, and actionable MIS reporting to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and analyze sales, stock, secondary sales, ageing, and collection reports.

Provide real-time MIS to management for decision-making and performance tracking.

Reconcile DMS data with ERP / SAP / accounting systems.

Identify gaps and suggest process improvements or automation in DMS.

Coordinate new feature implementation, upgrades, and testing.

Ensure data security, access controls, and audit compliance.

Support integration with ERP, CRM, mobile sales apps, and BI tools.

Oversee daily functioning of the Distributor Management System across all distributors.

Ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, inventory, and returns in DMS.

Monitor data accuracy, system uptime, and transaction integrity.

Resolve distributor-level DMS issues and coordinate with IT/vendors for fixes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years of experience working with Distributor Management Systems Strong understanding of sales operations, distributor workflows, and supply chain processes Hands-on experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, and reconciliation Experience with ERP/SAP integration and accounting processes Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus Strong problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in FMCG, Consumer Durables, Pharma, or Retail distribution environments Knowledge of mobile sales force automation tools Exposure to SQL or data querying tools Experience working with DMS vendors and implementation partners
Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
