Job Title: Duty Medical Officer (DMO)Job Summary

The Duty Medical Officer is responsible for providing immediate medical care to patients, handling emergencies, monitoring admitted patients, and supporting consultants and senior doctors in clinical duties during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Examine, diagnose, and treat patients in emergency and ward settings Provide immediate medical attention in emergency cases Monitor and manage admitted patients, including daily rounds Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records Assist consultants and specialists during procedures and rounds Ensure proper handover of patients between shifts Respond to medical codes and critical situations Follow hospital protocols, ethics, and safety standards Communicate effectively with nurses, patients, and patient families
Qualifications & Requirements

MBBS degree from a recognized medical college Valid medical license/registration with the relevant medical council Completion of internship Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification preferred Good clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Skills & Competencies

Strong clinical and diagnostic skills Ability to work under pressure and manage emergencies Good communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and documentation accuracy Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
