Qualification: Pharm-D/ BAMS Gender: Male or Female Contact: 8309972506 Conduct physical exams and record patient histories Diagnose and treat illnesses Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays and blood tests Develop and manage treatment plans Prescribe medications Assist in surgical procedures Provide patient education and counseling on preventive care Perform routine healthcare tasks such as immunizations and wound care Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Document patient care services accurately and thoroughly Perform rounds in hospitals and other medical facilities Manage follow-up care plans
