Educational Qualification: LLB
Work Experience:
8-10 years of post-qualification experience in legal practice.
Prior experience in both law firms and corporate legal departments preferred.
Exposure to real estate, litigation, and contract management are essential
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Negotiating, drafting and vetting of contracts.
Negotiating, drafting and vetting property-related agreements including sale deeds, lease deeds, term sheets, development agreements, MoUs etc.
Conducting title due diligence for properties across PAN India and preparation of title reports.
Coordinate with external counsel and consultants for property verification and compliance.
Handle property disputes and civil litigation matters independently.
Draft legal notices, applications, plaints, replies, and rejoinders.
Attend court proceedings, liaise with external advocates, and manage litigation strategy.
Oversee contract lifecycle management including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
Ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation in all contractual engagements.
Legal research and advising business teams as a legal partner.
Prepare legal MIS reports and dashboards using Excel.
Create and deliver impactful PowerPoint presentations for internal stakeholders, management.
Maintain organized records of legal documents, case files, and contracts.
Conducting legal training for the business team as and when required.
