Job Responsibility
1)Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies
- creating strategies that align with a company\'s goals and objective.
- identifying potential new markets and opportunities
- to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and company strategies.
2) Setting sales targets and Monitoring performance
- analyzing sales data, providing regular update to management and making necessary plan adjustments
- analyzing trends and data and creating sales plans to increase sales revenue.
- maintain profits & plan achievement
3) Building and maintaining customer relationships
- This involves understanding their needs and preferences, addressing their concerns
- providing excellent customer service.
- providing ongoing support for new developments, quality issues etc..
4) Analyzing market trends and competitor activity
- responsible for staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
- analyzing market data, conducting research and using this information to make informed sales decisions.
- sharing market insights, customer feedback and other relevant information to support organizational goals.
5) Collaborating with other departments
- collaborate with other departments, such as R&D,production, quality & ppc to meet sales target, quality issues, new development etc..
- ensure timely product development & launches.
6) Customer Account reconciliation & Payments
