Requirements
Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the operations team to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery across all travel programs.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to improve performance, scalability, and service quality of the DMC.
  • Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of travel itineraries, logistics, and on-ground operations to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Manage relationships with local vendors, suppliers, and partners; negotiate contracts and ensure optimal cost and service standards.
  • Monitor daily operational workflows and implement continuous improvements based on industry best practices and customer feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with tourism regulations, safety standards, and internal operational policies.
  • Identify and proactively resolve operational challenges related to logistics, vendors, or client requirements.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present operational performance reports, KPIs, and insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and finance teams to align operations with business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in operations management within the Travel & Tourism
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Proven expertise in vendor management, logistical planning, and operational execution.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective client and stakeholder interactions.
  • Hands-on experience with operational, project management, or travel technology tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and drive process improvements.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, including in remote or hybrid work settings.
