Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities



1. Preparation of block model/layouts of greenfield & brownfield sites as per requirement provided by client.



2. Take lead role in design finalization of various projects with consultants and multiple stakeholders in MSIL.



3. Conduct workshops with design consultant and all MSIL stakeholders key decision makers in order to streamline their observation and finalize the design on timely manner.



4. Adherence of compliances in layout preparation through National Building Code, local codes etc.



5. Take lead role in appointment of various consultants through MSIL Tendering process.



6. Checking of Architectural & MEP drawings, Tender etc. from consultants/client.



7. Checking of Bill of quantity w.r.t. drawings/documents.



8. Documentation (both soft & hard copy)



9. Working on PowerPoint, MS word, Excel etc.



Technical / Functional



1. Hands on experience/working on Auto CAD Software (good speed of drafting skill)



2. Hands on experience/working on Power point, excel, Word.



3. Knowledge & understanding of National Building code, compliances & other statutory bye laws/regulations.
