Leading project team for Introducing new model/product into vehicle inspection lines at MSIL



2. Project co-ordination for setting up of new production plant and increasing plant flexibility



3. Implementing and managing new processes to improve quality and productivity



4. Localization and development of alternate suppliers for vehicle inspection equipments



5. Annual budget planning along with management of order and cash flow



6. Integration of new technologies into new/existing setup



7. Plant capacity planning; line balancing; implementation of lean manufacturing principles
