1. Mapping, analysis and monitoring of sustainability parameters of suppliers



2. Development of emission reduction projects at suppliers.



3. Management of conflict minerals reporting.



4. Training to suppliers on sustainability requirements.



5. Prepare accurate & timely sustainability reports.



6. Prepare top management reports for KPI tracking of sustainability parameters.

2. Deep understanding of Renewable Energy policies across the country



3. Net Zero & Science Based Targets (SBTi) understanding.



4. Carbon credit & Offset market basics.



5. Life Cycle Assessment & Circular economy principles.



6. Gamut of Environmental compliances such as EPR.



7. Conflict Minerals Reporting.



8. Sustainability framework & deliverables in Supply Chain



9. ESG reporting frameworks such as BRSR, GRI.



10. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.



11. Knowledge on Power BI is desirable.
