Job Responsibilities
\xe2\x80\xa2 To achieve the revenue and gross margin targets for the categories managed \xe2\x80\xa2 To optimize the store display stock and back-store inventory to increase the stock turns for the category \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure effective stock and visual merchandising including product label, accurate and updated prices, special/periodic promotional offers, point-of-purchase promotional materials, sales planning. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor sales figures vis-\xc3\xa0-vis plan/forecast and interpret trends to facilitate inventory planning along with the Sales Manager/Buyer. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with buying team to ensure 100% fill rate at store. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure shrinkage on floor is minimized as per company guideline.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Increase sales and margins and minimize expenses, including dump and shrinkage \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct market surveillance for category managed in terms of competitor\xe2\x80\x99s product and model mix, selling prices, promotional offers, visual merchandizing, customer traffic/footfalls and implements the best practices on the floor with the co- operation of Buyers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Gather consumer data for feedback \xe2\x80\xa2 Sales staff are trained and constantly updated \xe2\x80\xa2 Product knowledge, brand differentiation \xe2\x80\xa2 Recognize and develop talent \xe2\x80\xa2 Mentor sales assistance through training and career planning \xe2\x80\xa2 Update category and store associates on latest development in new product/brands and presentation/selling technique \xe2\x80\xa2 Healthy Sales and achievement of store KPI\'s - No of bills / ATV/ SPF/FUPT/Loyalty \xe2\x80\xa2 Profitability from stores vide \xe2\x80\xa2 Growth in Sales \xe2\x80\xa2 Adhering to operations parameters as per SOP in accordance with overall company policy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Improving the commercial performance of the showroom by increasing its turnover. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maximising profitability through efficient showroom operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing Human resources, finance, inventory, customer care, Marketing and administration. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring a delightful shopping experience to customers and making the showroom to customers a preferred shopping destination to shop. \xe2\x80\xa2 Revenue per Sq Ft and Gross Margin per Sq Ft for the categories managed \xe2\x80\xa2 Increase in conversion ratio of respective category \xe2\x80\xa2 Increased Average Transaction Value per customer \xe2\x80\xa2 Stock Availability in terms of per cent reduction of stock-outs \xe2\x80\xa2 Complete adherence to the training calendar for category team leaders and sales associates \xe2\x80\xa2 Accuracy and uptime of all forms of Visual merchandizing for categories managed \xe2\x80\xa2 Increase of Stock Turns for
