Key Responsibilities:
Good presentation & facilitation skills
Good Data Management Skills/Good Analytical skills
Demonstrated success in Transactional Quality
Thorough knowledge of MS office tools like Power point, project, excel are critical for the job
Strong communication skills
String analytical skill- ability to work with huge volume of data using statistical tools
Good facilitation skills
Good team player and should be able to manage a team of Quality Analysts
Flexible to work in 24X7 environment (night shifts and weekends basis scope)
Needs to have good working knowledge of T&TQ (Training & Transaction Quality) systems, tools and technologies
Responsibilities:
Analysis of utilization, efficiency and available data for the process
Understate detailed process improvement studies and up skill the team members
Drive culture of continues improvement
Provide training and quality support, development of metrics and dashboards in line with customer requirements
Managing Quality performance for multiple accounts/LOB's
Drive continuous improvement program across processes
Should meet and exceed client metrics: External and Internal Quality metric should be consistently green
Ability to get out of the box ideas and process improvement initiatives in the process
Excellent transactional quality domain knowledge
Educational Qualification : Graduate or postgraduate.
