Role & responsibilities

• CIVIL Procurement (CEMENT/ steel rods /ICR/MCR/ RODS/ PILING/GRADING ETC) & purchase of CIVIL BOP essentials for Wind Projects
• Contracts negotiations and management (Negotiation for Cost, Delivery, Warranty, Terms & conditions.)
• Vendor management
• CAPEX and Raw Material procurement Management
• Budgeting & MIS and Reporting

xe2x96xb6 Spearheading the procurement of civil foundation materials
xe2x96xb6 Building & cementing relationships with key suppliers for smooth communication and to meet required expectations.
xe2x96xb6 Conducting research & evaluated new and current vendors to determine suitability of products and contract & pricing negotiations.
xe2x96xb6 Collaborating with engineering and supply chain teams to develop and negotiate new components, aligning with global suppliers.
xe2x96xb6 Planning & executing localization of various import parts and reduce the import percentage YOY to achieve localization targets.
xe2x96xb6 Resolving daily issues by managing invoice discrepancies, replacing rejected materials and missed & late deliveries.
xe2x96xb6 Leading the advancement of new products, as well as managing and developing suppliers for CEMENT/ steel rods /ICR/MCR/ RODS/ PILING/GRADING ETC
xe2x96xb6 Defining BOM target cost (COGS), managing annual materials budget, tracking material & purchase price variance in line with the defined budget.
xe2x96xb6 Monitoring and optimizing the supply chain processes to achieve and sustain On-Time and In-Full (OTIF) delivery targets.
xe2x96xb6 Administering material Preferred candidate profile
Should have exp. in Solar/Wind/Renewable projects
Should be qualified BE-CIvil
