DM Manager (Part Time - conversion into full time after probation)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated appointment setter to join our team and assist in growing our client base. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with potential clients and scheduling appointments for our consultants via LinkedIn (with the possibility of other platforms in future). Your role is to engage with prospects and create meaningful conversations that will directly contribute to finding the right students to support.
This is part time position (split between UK and US time), with the potential to get into full time (US hours)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify prospective clients interested in career coaching services, focusing on specific needs and goals.
Appointment Scheduling:
Set appointments for potential clients with our career coaches, ensuring that appointments are well-aligned with both the client's and the coach's schedules.
Client Engagement:
Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients, understanding their career challenges and demonstrating the value of our coaching services.
Follow-up:
Continuously nurture leads through follow-up messages and emails, providing additional information and addressing questions or concerns.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
Collaboration:
Work closely with our sales and marketing team to align efforts.

Qualifications:
Setting Experience
: Experience in appointment setting or sales, ideally within the coaching and online education industry
Communication Skills
: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information in a clear and informative manner.
Organizational Skills
: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple consultations and maintain accurate records.
Independence and Collaboration
: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote, dynamic team environment.
Desire to Learn and Grow
: Strong motivation to continuously learn and grow within the field of education and client consultation.

Pay: ?35,500.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
