Job Purpose : The position aims to follow and continuously improve people processes within the organization. The
role holder is expected to collaborate with Leadership Team and co-create a sustainable plan and take
necessary actions to ensure implementation.
Job Location: Savali, Vadodara
Experience : 8 to 12 Years
CTC : Up to 13 LPA
Education Qualification :MBA HR
Job Role-
a. Manage and coordinate hiring process across the levels and smooth onboarding and induction process
b. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures
c. Collaborate with Leadership Team to assess people development plans and support for the fulfilment
d. Development and retention of critical talents and ensure succession planning for the critical positions
e. Drive end to end Performance Management process and support in determining suitable C&B
f. Design, develop and implementation of various employee connect / engagement initiatives
