Roles and Responsibilities Qualification:
Essential: MBA (HR)/ PGDM (HR) equivalent to MBA with a graduation in any discipline. Desirable :B.Tech / BE from any recognized University/Institute of India.

Experience
  • Minimum 06years experience in HR Management/Training/ Capacity Building
  • Experience in designing job description, recruitment, establishing HR policies, among others.
  • Design the compensation, rewards and benefits program
  • Design the training and induction program and provided training to resources.
  • Proven record in skill gap analysis and capacity building.
  • Excellent people management skills and organizational skills
  • Proven record in identification of skill gap of resources and capacity building.
  • Proven record in preparation and delivery of presentation.
  • Experience in Preparation of RFP, EOI LOI and Public Procurement of Goods and Services (Desirable).
  • Understanding of Govt/Public Sector Organization and its processes (Desirable).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Proficient in MSOffice.
Job Profile
  • Execute and maintain policies and procedure manuals for the smooth operations of all human resource related activities of Public Sector.
  • Standard Operation Procedures for Recruitment, Joining, Induction, and Orientation, Training and Development, Performance Appraisal, Employee administration, Succession Plan, Capacity Building etc.
  • Create Job descriptions and manage job postings on social media, recruitment websites
  • Conduct and facilitate recruitment of professionals by interacting with the candidates, shortlisting them, scheduling their interview, providing offer, etc.
  • Coordinate with Placement Committees of various campuses to facilitate the hiring process as and when required
  • Develop, design and implement compensation programs.
  • Develop and maintain rewards strategy, annual and long-term incentive plan design.
  • Perform overall competitive pay analysis and pay-for-performance alignment.
  • Develop better market comparisons, design salary ranges and job levels to better support career development, progression and talent management.
  • Handle and resolve employee grievances clearly document those using standard templates.
  • Preparation and delivery of presentation at HQ, Regional offices, and through virtual mode.
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, performance & future expectations.
  • Responsible for formulation of Progress Reports, Presentations, Concept notes, Agenda Items etc with qualitative inputs.
  • Deploying a wide variety of training methods and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Usedata,research,andanalyticalinsightstobothbuildnewandimproveexistingHR processes and Maintaining HR records.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance through out human resource management.
  • Assist in Preparation of RFP, EOI LOI and Public Procurement of Goods and Services.
  • Handling of e-HRMS.
  • Handling of work related to Volunteers/Sabbatical/Internship in the Organization.
  • Any other related tasks as may be required from time to time.

Ctc: Upto 17 Lakhs Per Annum
