Our genomics based diagnostic solution for Tuberculosis was recognized as one of top innovations supported by BIRAC in the past 10 years, and was launched by the Prime Minister of India in the BIRAC Showcase event in Delhi, 2022.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Oversight & Report Verification

Review, verify, and validate genetic test reports post-analysis to ensure scientific accuracy and completeness. Authorize finalized reports for release to clinicians and patients, maintaining the highest standards of clinical governance and ethical practice.

Leadership of Genetic Counselling Team

Lead, mentor, and provide clinical guidance to the team of Genetic Counsellors. Act as the point of escalation for complex queries or cases requiring expert input. Ensure effective collaboration between Genetic Counsellors, clinicians, and patients to deliver high-quality patient care and counselling outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Training

Partner with the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team to provide subject-matter expertise on human genetics. Train and guide MSLs in doctor engagement, scientific discussions, and product promotion strategies. Contribute to cross-functional initiatives to advance awareness and adoption of genomics in clinical practice.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Qualification: DM in Medical Genetics (mandatory).

Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to a few years of professional experience are encouraged to apply. Strong knowledge of human genomics, report interpretation, and counselling processes. Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide both patients and internal teams. Ability to collaborate across clinical, counselling, and commercial functions.

Other qualifications such as B.Sc., M.Sc., M.Tech, or similar will

not be considered

for this role.
