Ao Knowledge of Gears Technology.


Ao Exposure to measuring Instruments.

Ao Process Knowledge on Gears Mfg.


Ao Basic knowledge on Forging, Castings and Machining.

Ao Assisting Manager Production in various activities in activities.

Ao Assist Managers in production planning activities.

Ao Daily work allocation to officer/workmen as per schedule and TACT time.

Ao Regular interaction with SCM, PPC, Maintenance and Workmen.

Ao Ensuring smooth product ionizing of new product and applicable quality standards.

Ao Hands on with production planning and control functions


Ao Understanding and coordinate the production planning functions

Ao Effective Manpower handling through control of absenteeism and grievances.

Ao Ensuring system documentation under TS16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, and TPM requirement.

Ao Driving improvement projects like Kaizens.

Ao Monthly departmental progress presentation during management review meeting.
