Job Description

We are seeking an experienced DLP Engineer (L2) with strong hands-on expertise in Forcepoint DLP (Endpoint, Email, and Network

)

and Netskope DLP solutions. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in

installation, configuration, policy implementation, troubleshooting, and operational support

for enterprise DLP environments.

2 Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and manage

Forcepoint DLP

solutions: Endpoint DLP Email DLP Network DLP Implement and manage

Netskope DLP

policies across cloud and web channels. Design, configure, and fine-tune DLP policies based on business and compliance requirements. Perform

incident investigation, analysis, and remediation

of DLP alerts. Troubleshoot DLP agent, network discovery, email integration, and policy enforcement issues. Coordinate with SOC, network, endpoint, and email teams for seamless DLP integration. Monitor DLP dashboards, logs, and reports; ensure compliance and data protection. Support

POC, rollout, and post-implementation

activities. Perform upgrades, patching, and health checks for DLP components. Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks. Provide L2 operational support and assist L3 teams when required.

3 Required Skills & Experience

3-6 years

of hands-on experience in

Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

. Strong expertise in:

Forcepoint Endpoint DLP

Forcepoint Email DLP

Forcepoint Network DLP

Netskope DLP

Proven experience in

installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

(mandatory). Good understanding of: Data classification, fingerprinting, and discovery scans Network protocols (SMTP, HTTP/HTTPS, FTP) Endpoint OS (Windows) Experience working in enterprise security environments. Good understanding of information security concepts and compliance frameworks.

4 Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Exposure to cloud security and CASB concepts. Basic knowledge of firewalls, proxies, and secure web gateways. Experience with incident management and ITSM tools. Relevant Forcepoint or Netskope certifications (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
