Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Django Developer

with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining backend systems using

Django

and

Django REST Framework (DRF)

. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of

PostgreSQL

,

ORM concepts

, and be comfortable working in agile, fast-paced development environments.

Experience with

Procure-to-Pay

systems or

E-commerce platforms

is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs using Django and DRF Implement and optimize database models and queries using Django ORM with PostgreSQL Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and product managers to deliver robust features Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of backend services Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions

Requirements

1-2 years of professional experience with Django and DRF Strong understanding of Django ORM and PostgreSQL Familiarity with RESTful API design principles Experience with version control systems like Git Solid debugging and problem-solving skills Good communication and collaboration abilities

Nice to Have

Experience working on

Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

systems or

E-commerce platforms

Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) Familiarity with testing frameworks (Pytest, Django TestCase)
