Role Overview

We are hiring a

Full Stack Backend Developer

with

2.5-3 years of proven experience

in backend development and system design. This role is strictly open for Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar-based candidates only. If you do not meet this criteria, your application will not be considered.

You will work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and designers to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using

Django/Django REST Framework

or

Node.js/Express.js

. Build REST APIs and ensure smooth integration with frontend applications. Work with

PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Supabase

for efficient database management. Implement caching, performance optimization, and scalable system design. Handle

cloud deployment

(Azure/AWS) with

CI/CD pipelines

(Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless user experience. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Integrate

third-party APIs

(e.g., Razorpay, external services). Debug, test, and resolve issues across backend and full-stack workflows.

Strict Candidate Requirements

Minimum

2.5-3 years of professional experience

in backend/full stack development. Must be a

resident of Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar

- candidates from other locations will be rejected without review. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Proficiency in

Python (Django/DRF)

or

JavaScript (Node.js/Express.js)

. Strong knowledge of

SQL & NoSQL databases

(PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Hands-on experience with

REST APIs

and

system design

. Knowledge of

Git & version control

.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with

React.js

or frontend frameworks. Familiarity with

cloud platforms

(Azure/AWS) and

CDN optimizations

. Knowledge of

Machine Learning libraries

(Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) for AI-driven features. Experience with

Payment Gateway Integrations

(Razorpay, Stripe, etc.). Exposure to

Power BI / analytics dashboards
