Rural Banking

Job Purpose:
Head the branch monitoring unit responsible for identifying metrices to track compliance and performance of branch banking operations as well as publishing various scorecards, MIS and analysis. Designing and publishing branch banking compliance dashboards, including external reporting\xe2\x80\x99s where applicable. Responsible for compliance with GL monitoring framework for rural banking.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure that the unit can value add with the analysis on various monitoring reports so that problem areas, performance trends are clearly visible.

Design branch and individual scorecards for evaluating compliance and performance.

Handle the office account monitoring and substantiation of all rural banking GLs.

Ensure that the training unit maintains the standard of delivery and its effectiveness.

Identify the learning areas of the team and handhold with the training.

Move the reports to various systems along with the trends so that manual work is minimum.

Explore new models of digital training so that the delivery quality if improved.

Work with the larger branch team to understand their requirements in terms of performance tracking and performance improvement and positively be able to contribute on both the aspects.

Hiring and training of the team.

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
Lead the rural BMU team and their deliveries.

Represent Rural BMU in interactions with other stakeholders within and outside the Bank.

Education Qualification:
Graduation: Any graduates.

Experience:
10 to 18 years of relevant experience.
