Union Dredgers & Marine Contracting LLC (UDMC) is seeking an experienced
Diving Supervisor
to join our marine operations team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong offshore/onshore diving supervision experience and a solid understanding of marine construction and dredging activities.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage commercial diving operations in compliance with IMCA / ADCI standards
Ensure safety of diving teams, equipment, and worksite at all times
Plan and execute underwater inspection, maintenance, and construction activities
Prepare dive plans, risk assessments, and method statements
Maintain accurate dive logs, reports, and records
Coordinate with project managers, marine crew, and clients
Ensure all diving equipment is properly maintained and certified
Requirements
Valid
Diving Supervisor Certification
(IMCA / ADCI or equivalent)
Minimum
5-7 years of experience
in commercial diving operations
Prior experience in
marine construction / dredging projects
is mandatory
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices
Experience working in the
UAE or GCC
is highly preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills
