Notice Period: Immediate JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Senior WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for auditing and optimizing WordPress websites for blazing fast speed and performance. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in WordPress development, code optimization, custom plugin development, theme development, and website optimization. You will need to audit, identify and fix WordPress website issues to improve site speed as well as Core Web Vitals metrics to ensure site load time is within 1s and at a high-performance grade. Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Expert in building websites using Divi and optimising websites built in Divi.
• Experienced in optimising LiteSpeed cache plugin for websites.
• Ability to audit and optimize WordPress website code including WordPress themes & plugin code.
• Excellent website speed optimization skills \xe2\x80\x93 testing, diagnosis, identify problems and devise solutions.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Browser Developer Tools, Page Speed Insights or similar testing tools to help identify and solve speed issues.
• Monthly Plugin audit \xe2\x80\x93 remove (or replace) unneeded plugins.
• Plugin tweaks \xe2\x80\x93 optimize settings and asset loading.
• Htaccess \xe2\x80\x93 cleanup and optimize redirects.
• Webhosting \xe2\x80\x93 tweaking php, mysql, configs, database optimization, etc
• Divi settings configuration.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
