Position: Driver Helpdesk (Transport Coordinator)
Qualification: +2 / Diploma / Graduation / MBA
Experience: 1-3 yrs in BPO, Calling, Customer Service
Location: Mohali, Sec-75, Phase 8B Industrial area, Punjab
Salary: 25k-30k CTC
Shift: Rotational UK Shifts
First 3 months (Probation): 6 days per week
Post-Probation: 5.5 working days
Required skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
Ability to work efficiently in rotational UK shifts
High attention to detail with strong documentation skills
Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced operations environment.
Job Role & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from drivers and sidemen professionally and efficiently
Resolve driver queries and operational issues within defined timelines
Maintain accurate records of all communications and updates in internal systems
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery execution
Ensure compliance with internal processes and external transport policies
Monitor schedules and proactively manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision
Identify driver and customer requirements and provide appropriate support
Escalate issues when required to ensure service continuity
Perform additional ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned.
