Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Distributor Sales Representative to join our team at Wingsbizpro. As a Distributor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our distributors and ensuring the successful sale and distribution of our products. This is a full-time role based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Junior candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in the field are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 2 years of experience in distributor sales or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
• Knowledge of the cement, waterproofing, FMCG, and energetics industries will be highly advantageous
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel as required

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with our distributors
• Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and promoting our products
• Identify new distributor opportunities and develop strategic plans to expand our distribution network
• Train and support distributors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategies
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to effectively position our products
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activity
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of orders
• Resolve any distributor-related issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner

Location :Peenya, RR Nagar, electronic city and Sarjapur.

Preferable in FMCG, Water proof, and Cement
