Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the department\'s sales volume.You will be creating long term business plans for the division and managing direct sales force to achieve assigned sales target. You will be designing and recommending sales programs and set short- and long-term strategies.You will develop customer relationship and business with hospitals, Purchase managers, & Authorities and health care decision makers. Leverages all Medtronic resources to maximize sales at target hospitals and therapy penetration & awareness about therapies.
