Ensure service assurance by monitoring operational processes and proactively identifying areas of risk or deviation from standards across departments.
Lead and support reporting and data analysis efforts to evaluate service performance and drive data-informed decisions.
Champion quality and process improvement initiatives, designing and implementing solutions that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Apply specialist knowledge to review and refine procedures, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and compliance with internal standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices in service assurance within the district.
